I am a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. I have trained with Trevor Silvester at the internationally recognised Quest Institute in London. Furthermore, I have also completed a foundation degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at The Regents College London.
From young I have always been interested in hypnotherapy, and seeing as my father has practiced as a qualified Hypnotherapist for over 30 years, I was raised in an environment that really encouraged original thinking, self-development and a positive attitude. It is from these early thoughts that the seed was planted, and after a decade of training and personal development I have made the decision to help others in the same way that I have been helped.
The path that led me to Cognitive Hypnotherapy is interesting, as I have worked in a variety of industries throughout my life, varying from experience within a creative industry such as fashion design, to being employed within the financial industry, over to running and developing a successful family business. Throughout such personal and professional experiences I constantly found myself asking the question ‘what drives individuals to be the best they can be?’ and began to realize that the question of more importance however was ‘what factors hold people back from success?’.
Due to such enquiry, I chose to follow Cognitive Hypnotherapy specifically due to the relevance, modern scientific edge and clear and direct positive results it provides the individual with. Having studied and trained with the Quest Institute I have seen and guided many individuals to reach their desired level of success and control over their lives, which is what I strive to achieve with each client, some of which results can be seen on my Testimonials page.
To conclude, I am here to help you reach your potential by working collaboratively to discover the factors that are holding you back! Life presents many challenges to us that we are all familiar with, challenges such as: weight loss, stress or anxiety, eating disorders, smoking, fears and phobias, confidence and self-esteem, public speaking, insomnia and childbirth amongst many others!
